Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is provided through one-on-one sessions with experienced counselors. Counselors and patients work together to create an effective plan of care that helps the patient achieve optimal stable mental health and improvement on quality of life.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy focuses on the emotional needs of the entire family rather than the individual. Our goal is to assist families who need a safe place to express their concerns with one another. Our trained counselors support families to strengthen their relationships and work together toward solutions.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is available for children ages five and up who might face emotional or social struggles.
