The Extended Care Program (ECP) is an outpatient medication-assisted program for persons with opioid addiction histories who require long-term treatment. In addition to methadone or buprenorphine treatment, program services include addiction counseling, adult medical care, vocational counseling, group treatment, and psychiatric care. Early morning and evening medication hours are available for working patients.
