Location
The Center for Comprehensive Health Care is located at 1900 Second Avenue (99th Street) in Manhattan. For all programs, enter through the Mental Health Pavilion of Metropolitan Hospital Center.
For Medical Care, the Early Childhood Development Center, and the Family and Employment Services Program use Elevator Bank E to the 9th floor.
For the following addiction treatment services, PAAM, MAP and ECP, use Elevator 6 to the 12th floor.

Public transportation is available via buses on First, Second, Third and Lexington Avenues to 99th Street; the 96th Street crosstown bus to Second Avenue; and the Lexington Avenue Subway (#6 train) to the 96th Street station.
