Our team of medical providers, nurses, care managers, counselors, peers, and play and learn coordinators work together to address the medical, social, emotional, and child development needs of our patients and their families. Ultimately, we strive to create long lasting health-care partnerships between patients, families, and professionals. Our motto is “CCHP is your family’s home for a lifetime of care.”
The Center for Comprehensive Health Practice (CCHP) was originally founded by visionary, Dr. Richard Brotman in 1960. From its very beginning, CCHP has been committed to Dr. Brotman’s mission, to provide our patients with high quality, affordable healthcare that integrates primary care, behavioral and mental healthcare, addiction treatment, early childhood development services, and other supportive resources for adults, adolescents, and children all under one roof.
In 1990, CCHP became an independent not-for-profit community health center located within Metropolitan Hospital Center. And on January 30th, 2023 CCHP moved into our new and fully-customized center located at 35 East 110th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10029.
