Part-Time Physician - Internal Medicine

An excellent opportunity for a part-time BC/BE Internist who can work at least three to four days a week to become a member of our multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications: At CCHP, we value and practice a team-based approach to care. Experience working in a team is not required, but we are an “all hands on deck” kind of place, so being a team player is key, in addition to:

• Spanish speaking preferred

• Computer literacy required, and EHR experience preferred

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine

• Experience working in a community health clinic or practice preferred

• Valid New York State Medical License, CLS,DEA, and BLS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
