Nestled within a sprawling 14,000 square feet expanse, this cutting-edge facility stands as a beacon of hope, offering the highest caliber of healthcare services to the resilient souls of Harlem and beyond.
At the heart of CCHP’s mission lies the pursuit of equitable healthcare for all, particularly within the Black and Brown communities. With unwavering dedication, the center integrates a holistic approach, seamlessly weaving primary care, behavioral and mental healthcare, addiction treatment, early childhood development services, and a plethora of supportive resources. By nurturing the mind, bodies, and spirits of their patients, CCHP pioneers a transformative model that transcends traditional boundaries.
Such an awe-inspiring endeavor would not have been possible without the outpouring of support from numerous sources. Grateful acknowledgments go to the distinguished guests and media who graced the center’s inauguration, joining in the celebration of this momentous occasion. Community Board 11, the Ira W. DeCamp Foundation, and the esteemed Manhattan Borough President’s Office played pivotal roles in ensuring that CCHP continues its unwavering service to existing patients while extending a warm welcome to new ones.
